The Research Center of the Athens University of Economics and Business (RC/AUEB) in the frame of the European Union funded research project “ADVANCING BLACK SEA RESEARCH AND INNOVATION TO CO-DEVELOP BLUE GROWTH WITHIN RESILIENT ECOSYSTEMS - BRIDGE-BS”, project code 11337701, and under the supervision of the Scientist Responsible for the project, Professor Phoebe Koundouri, invites, in accordance with the decision of the 94th Meeting of the Research and Management Committee of RC/AUEB of the academic year 2020-2021, dated 07/07/2021 (ADA: ΩΗΧΗ469Β4Μ-ΗΞ8), applications for a researcher position on a fixed term, up to six (6) months (with the possibility of renewing until the end of the project), work contract, for the implementation of the following project: "Evaluation of ecosystem services. Establishment of open access observatories for information related to the Blue Development, with emphasis on the Black Sea region. Development of training programs related to water resources management and Blue Growth. Actions in support of science-based decision-making policies in the context of work packages: WP1 (Knowledge base for the Black Sea), WP2 (Ecosystem dynamics under Multistressors), WP3 (Resilience for a healthy Black Sea Ecosystem), WP4 (Adaptive Management), WP5 (Smart observations and technologies for tackling multistressors, boosting innovation and supporting monitoring), WP6 (Socio-economics and social innovations), WP7 (Accelerating ‘Industry 4.0’ business models), WP8 (Science-based policy making for Blue Growth), WP9 (Education and Capacity Building), WP10 (Coordination and Management)”
